The Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon. Jacob Oulanyah has gone to be with the Lord.
This was confirmed by the President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni via his twitter handle.
According to the Fountain of Honour, Oulanyah passed on at around 10:00am in America where he was flown recently for specialized treatment.
