Ssemujju alias Eddoboozi lya kira was born on 23rd September 1973 in Bijaaba Village, Kyazanga Municipality Lwengo District.
At that time, Lwengo District was still part of Masaka District.
He is the son of Hajji Ali Nganda Nkwanga and Hajati Sophia Nalwooga.
Religious,Hon. Ssemuju Nganda is married to faridah ssemujju , the ideological FDC spokesperson who declared his candidature for speakership of the 11th parliament
Was Elected as the kyandondo East Member of parliament on feb 20th 2011. At the time, he was a journalist reporting for Daily monitor at parliament.
In 2016 kira municipality was created out of kyandondo East, the iconic Ssemujju decided to represent it as it’s first member of parliament up to date.
Hon. Ssemuju Nganda is a journalist by profession, he holds aBachelor Degree of Mass Communication.
