The opposition National Unity Platform’s Principal Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi wine has also come out to comment on Ichuli’s death.
Kyagulanyi revealed that regardless of anyone’s political affiliation, there are no winners in a sinking boat.
“What is clear to all of us, regardless of your political affiliation, is that in a sinking boat, there are no winners”, he said.
The NUP Principal noted that whenever they complain about armed ‘REGIME’ operatives dressed in civilian clothes causing mayhem, abducting or even killing their (NUP) people, the people he termed to be ‘REGIME apologists’ say they are politicizing things.
Isma Olaxes aka Iculi was according to police on Saturday 6th May 2023 at around 9:20pm shot dead by unknown assailants near his home in Kyanja a suburb in Kampala.
He added that “I will say it again, everyone is a potential victim of the lawlessness of the Museveni regime” saying that let the dead teach the living.
It should be remembered that it is not even a week after the brutal murder of minister Engola who was shot dead and killed in cold blood by his own body guard Private Wilson Sabiiti in the same area.
According to Kyagulanyi, these fresh murders in the country follow so many other unresolved murders.
