President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has hailed Christian leaders under their umbrella of Uganda Joint Christian Council (UJCC) for their tremendous role in transforming society.
Speaking during a meeting held at State House, Museveni implored the leaders to also embark on economic nurturing since its a general problem for all.
I met members of the Uganda Joint Christian Council (UJCC) at State Lodge Nakasero. I commended them for nurturing and uniting their followers spiritually & economically. There is no catholic hunger, no orthodox wealth, or born-again poverty. I am happy with this unity.
