A delegate comprising 08 members of Board of Directors and management of Exodus Sacco led by D/ASP Ssekanjako Eddy, Sacco Treasurer through the Board Chairperson SCP. Dr. Wilson Omoding Otuna yesterday visited Wazalendo sacco headquarters in Kiwatule, Kampala to benchmark, learn from Wazalendo Sacco on how promote operating excellence, and lay strategies on critical activities of the Police Exodus SACCO like savings mobilization and loan management to its members.
According to D/Asp Ssekanjako, the benchmarking visit will help in developing good strategic direction in the areas of operational and accounting system, governance, mobilization of savings and promote operating experience.
The meeting was on a request by the Police Exodus SACCO.
The officers from Wazalendo Sacco shared a wealth of experience in managing affairs of its Sacco activities, which Exodus Sacco is optimistic will go a long way in giving the Sacco a positive direction.
