Veteran politician Dr Kizza Besigye has said that 2021 General elections have already been rigged by president museveni.
Speaking While appearing on NBS television early this morning, the four-time presidential aspirant, stated that nobody in FDC believes that an election will result in declaring somebody else other than Mr. Museveni as the president.
“I had a slight flicker of hope that with the population coming up, Museveni would have some remorse to allow for a transition. It became clear that it won’t happen.” Kizza Besigye said.
