Bishop Joseph Eciru Oliach has this afternoon blessed FDC’s Moses Attan Okia.
Bishop Eciru was leading the golden jubilee celebrations at St. Patrick’s Madera in Soroti city.
Attan is the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) candidate in the Soroti East By-election that happened following the nullified of his triumph over boundary issues.
He is going to battle with his former workmate and National Resistance Movement’s Herbert Ariko.
