A Total number of 2814 people have been vaccinated today at Kololo Independence Grounds.
According Kampala City Authority, 331 got their 2nd dose of Astra Zeneca, 2483 got their 1st shot of Pfizer.
Among these were celebrities like Ykee Benda, Martha Key, Madrat And Chiko, Canary Mugume, Faridah Nakazibwe, Viboyo Music among others.
This spectacular CSR event was organized by Uganda Breweries Ltd, in partnership with Ministry of Health, SafeBoda, Century Bottling Company Ltd among others.
Kololo had 20 vaccinations centers, that made the issue of timeliness and social distance achievable something that gave hope that soon the 4.8 Million target will soon be attained.
