Express FC have signed the 19-year-old son to musician Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool on a 2-year-deal following the expiration of his contract at Proline FC, the Ugandan club announced on Monday.
Alpha Ssali, a wing-attacker who previously featured for the U20 national football team, “hoped to help his new teammates to achieve great things.”
On Monday, Express FC manager James Odoch said: “We will let Alpha Ssali develop and not put so much pressure on him. He has a bright future.”
Six-time Uganda Premier League champions Express FC will be looking to improve when the 2023-24 season starts next month, having completed the 2022-23 campaign in the bottom half of the nation’s top tier division.
