Enkudi Song played in 98 Times in 1 Day At Vumbula Carnival

Jinja city is still asking for fresh water since Friday when the long awaited Vumbula Carnival went into the action mode.

The extravaganza started at the Uganda Museum where revelers dominated by planned kids gathered to take chiller positive vibes to another level.

From dripping in sexy damage patra shorts, effortlessly holding multi layered beeds (Obututi) and some boys choosing to go shirtless, one consistent theme song that stole the show has been the popular Enkudi by Lil Pazo Lunabe. This has been seconded by Swiriri by raising star Kapeke featuring Sheila Gashumba’s ‘divorced’ boyfriend Rickman which has so far been played 58 times.

To be exact, Our reporter arrived at the venue at exactly 03:00PM and nothing made life worthwhile like every moment Enkudi was played.

This triggered her to count the number of times it was played both on main stage and portable speakers around the shores of the great River Nile.

Enkudi was played 98 times before Saturday 09:00PM, this means its going to play over a hundred times before midnight yet the carnival still has more than 20 hours to climax. Wabula mwazinye Enkudi!

Popular lyrics like Wulira wulira omusiwa ku musiwa triggered the loudest noise as jolly party people jammed holding discounted drinks courtesy of Fliexipay, Stanbic Bank’s popular mobile payment and ticketing platform.

We are still at the Nile Nest Resort and the party is blazing in high degrees.

Everyone is holding more than two bottles because all prices on beers and snacks has been discounted by 60% via the Flexipay app.

More updates coming through.
