Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu and a delegation from The Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) paid a courtesy visit to the Archbishop of Church of Uganda in his office in Namirembe on Wednesday.
Their visit is part of their ongoing visits to faith based institutions.
They discussed a wide range of issues regarding democracy and governance.
Archbishop Kaziimba lauded Gen. Mugisha Muntu for his diplomatic approach to tough situations, his calm demeanor and using dialogue in his quest for democracy and good governance.
Rt Rev Samuel Bogere Egesa the Bishop of Bukeddi Diocese and the Rev. Canon William Ongeng the Provincial Secretary attended the meeting.
