Biira Safira, a 48yr old mother of eight and resident Kyambopgho Cell in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha Town Council in Kasese district is battling breast cancer since 2017.
The embattled woman was earlier on taken to Mulago cancer institute for treatment, but currently lacks subsequent medical support since the family has no money to to take care of the situation.
